Part-time Financial Assistant / Finance Administrator
SG Security is looking for a JUNIOR Part-Time Financial Assistant to join our friendly and professional team based in Solihull town centre.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a growing company and play a key role in supporting the finance function.
We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual with strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years' practical experience in a finance or accounts administration role
- AAT LEVEL 3 or higher
- Sage Line 50 experience is essential
- Raising weekly and monthly customer invoices
- Processing supplier invoices and payments
- Bank and balance sheet reconciliations
- Preparing and submitting VAT returns
- Posting and allocating payments accurately
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts
- Confident communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with senior managers and directors
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Position Details
- Permanent Part-Time Position
- 20 hours per week
- Monday to Thursday, 9:30am – 2:30pm
- Based in Solihull town centre
- Competitive salary, dependent on experience
