Security Officer in Birmingham

Overview

We are looking for experienced SIA Door Supervision staff to join our team in Birmingham. Applicants preferably should have experience working in Security and have a Driving Licence. We are looking for someone who is smart and approachable and will have the ability to communicate with people at all levels. Shifts: 11 hours. Rate Of Pay: £12.21 per hour.

• Maintain a safe and secure environment
• Assess customer suitability for entry and resolve issues effectively
• Respond promptly and professionally to incidents
• Support venue operations through assertive and proactive presence
• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Promote health and safety awareness

Qualifications

• Previous experience in security
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
• Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
