About The Role
Due to a period of growth at ESG Drysdale, we are seeking a proactive and organised Sales Administrator to join our commercial and sales teams. This role provides vital administrative support to ensure smooth operations across sales, supply chain, marketing, and general business functions.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team
- Respond to customer and internal enquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist with sales, supply chain, marketing, and general operational tasks
- Coordinate sales activities and support customer relationship management
- Work with sales data to support decision-making and routine reporting
- Produce and run reports, including daily/weekly sales, forecasting, and availability
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate information flow
- Collaborate across departments to support overall company success
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong time management skills with the ability to plan, organise, and prioritise workload effectively
- Naturally organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Resourceful, confident, and proactive in approach
- Proven experience in an administrative or support role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Location: Cockburnspath (primarily office-based)
Hours: 40 hours per week | 07:30 – 16:00
Working Pattern
- Occasional work from home available
- Some weekend flexibility required (scheduled in advance)
- Typically lighter hours, remote working likely
- Usually around 1 in every 3 weekends
