ESG Drysdales are actively recruiting for Process Workers to join the growing business. We work with fresh vegetables such as Sprouts, Swede, Leeks and Broccoli, processing the vegetables from start to finish ready for the shop floor.
Responsibilities:
- Be allocated to a specific department within the factory, with potential movement to other departments due to seasonal demands.
- Trimming and packing the vegetables.
Pay and Benefits:
- £12.21 per hour, with overtime paid at time and a half.
- 30 days holiday per year.
Shifts:
- Shifts are normally 06:00-14:15, however these are always subject to change and weekend availability may be required.
Location:
- Due to the remote location of the factory, own transport would be beneficial as there is no public transport.
Language:
- English is not required for this role as we have a number of translators on site if required.
