ESG Drysdale are seeking a senior Operations and Supply Chain Director to shape end-to-end strategy across planning, procurement, logistics and operations. You will lead S&OP, drive cost and yield optimization, and build strong relationships with growers and suppliers, reporting to the MD in a broad leadership capacity.
The role focuses on transforming planning processes, aligning teams from seed to shelf, and extending remit to cover packhouse operations and engineering as the business grows.
