We’re looking for reliable and motivated Warehouse Operatives to join our logistics team. You’ll support the intake, movement, management and storage of materials on site, helping to keep production running smoothly and stock accurately maintained. This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced environment, offering stability, training and long‑term career potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Unload and load delivery vehicles
  • Weigh in raw materials and check incoming goods
  • Complete and update intake paperwork and systems accurately
  • Carry out stock counts and support stock accuracy
  • Operate forklift trucks (training/licence required)
  • Move stock to correct locations and chill areas
  • Support stock rotation and maintain organised chill spaces
  • Wrap pallets where necessary for storage
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
  • Follow all company, food safety and health & safety procedures
  • Work in despatch if required

What We’re Looking For

  • Warehouse or production experience (preferred)
  • FLT licence or willingness to train
  • Good numeracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow processes accurately
  • Comfortable working in chilled environments
  • Reliable, hardworking and team focused
  • Able to work the fixed 4 on / 3 off pattern
  • Flexibility to support operational needs, including assisting in different areas when required

What We Offer
