We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to serve as the backbone of our technical delivery team.
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for orchestrating complex workflows across multiple technical workstreams.
You won't just be tracking tasks; you will be the central point of contact ensuring that ownership is clear, dependencies are identified, and timelines are met.
You don't wait to be told what to do; you anticipate the next hurdle and clear the path for the engineers to focus on building.
You view a status update not as a chore, but as a critical communication tool that keeps the entire organization aligned.
Key Responsibilities
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the central nervous system for multiple technical projects, facilitating communication between engineering, design, and product teams.
- Responsibility Tracking: Implement and maintain a clear accountability framework (e. g., RACI matrices) to ensure every task has a defined owner and clear expectations.
- Timeline & Milestone Management: Develop and maintain master project schedules, tracking critical path items and flagging potential slippage before it impacts delivery.
- Status Reporting: Synthesize technical progress into digestible, high-level status reports for stakeholders, highlighting risks, blockers, and resource constraints.
- Workflow Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in our delivery process and proactively suggest improvements to increase team velocity and reduce friction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5 years' + experience or equivalent using Agile or Waterfall frameworks.
- Ability to understand technical concepts, architectural dependencies, and software development lifecycles (SDLC) well enough to facilitate meaningful conversations.
- Expert-level capability with project management software (e. g., Jira, Asana, Monday. com, or Linear) and documentation tools (Confluence, Notion, etc.).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
- Exceptional ability to translate technical updates into clear action items and business-relevant status reports.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills and strong administrative skills.
- A thorough and meticulous approach to tracking, documentation, reporting and follow-up.
- Proven ability to influence within a matrix organisation and navigate the ambiguity often found in fast-paced technical environments.
- Proactive team player, with the determination to get the job done.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
