The Sales Administrator is a key member of Eseye’s Business Operations team, responsible for ensuring smooth, accurate, and efficient support for Global Sales, Finance, Operations, and Technical Support teams. This role is essential in maintaining operational excellence and ensuring high-quality communication across the business. It requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can coordinate a diverse range of administrative duties in a fast-moving, international IoT environment.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Administration & Process Management
- Manage, maintain, and continuously develop sales administration processes to improve efficiency between departments
- Create, review, and implement new operational workflows as business needs evolve
- Maintain accuracy in all sales documentation, including quotes, orders, contracts, and reports
- Order Processing & Contract Management
- Generate invoices for consultancy work on an ad-hoc basis
- Create, validate, and manage service contracts for both Eseye customers and Mobile Network Operator (MNO) partners
- Internal & External Stakeholder Coordination
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to Global Sales Teams and collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, and Technical Support
- Attend sales meetings to provide live administrative support and follow-up actions
- Liaise with internal departments to support issue resolution, data accuracy, or customer inquiries
- Communicate and collaborate with global MNO partners on service contracts and operational tasks
- Customer Communication & Support
- Communicate directly with customers regarding order processing contract updates, or service-related queries
- Manage the Sales Administration inbox and prioritise tasks effectively
- Respond to customer tickets via Zendesk and route escalations as needed
- Reporting & Data Management
- Generate, format, and distribute internal and customer-specific reports on a weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc basis
- Support data accuracy for CRM, dashboards, and operational tools
- Ensure compliance and data integrity across all sales documentation
- Team Support & Coverage
- Provide coverage for the Sales & Operations Administrator when required
- Support wider Business Operations initiatives when needed to enhance workflow efficiency
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role; sales administration experience is preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-first mentality and confidence in direct customer communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume fast-paced environment
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM
- Working within a technical or SaaS/IoT-based organisation
- Proactively pursue opportunities to enhance skills and deepen understanding of the business
- Smooth, accurate, and timely processing of all sales operations tasks
