ESET UK began in much the same way: a small family business which started selling ESET software solutions to its loyal clients. That was 20 years ago, now we employ more than 60 staff in roles ranging from marketing to business development, technical support to finance, and sales to customer services and very much part of the wider 2,000 person global business.

We’re expanding our channel team and recruiting within our MSP Team and looking for a dynamic MSP Volume Account Manager to help drive growth and build strong relationships with our valued MSP Partners. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of selling ESET security software and services, developing new business opportunities, and collaborating with the channel, pre‑sales and marketing teams. If you're passionate about cybersecurity, business development, and making a real impact, this is your chance to shine!

Who should apply:

  • Proven experience in account management, ideally within the IT or Cybersecurity industry
  • A strong background in B2B channel sales and distribution
  • Skilled in consultative selling with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships
  • Professional and confident communicator, comfortable engaging across all levels of a partner organisation
  • A true "hunter" mentality – driven to seek out and close new business opportunities
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working with channel partners, ideally from a vendor perspective
  • Experience working in the MSP sector (desirable but not essential)
  • Highly motivated and target‑driven with a passion for results and rewards
  • Self‑managed with excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong relationship‑building skills – you’re great at creating connections and keeping them
  • Comfortable attending external events, including networking at major venues such as Wembley or corporate golf days

Hybrid working setup – you’ll split your time between the office and home (this is not a fully remote role):

  • 3 – 4 days on site in our Bournemouth office or on the road visiting partners
  • 1 – 2 days working from home
  • Remote contract available for candidates living outside the Bournemouth area
  • High level of travel to partners and partner events
