Job Title: Quantity Surveyor – Demolition

Location: London

ESD are working on behalf of a leading demolition contractor based in London who are looking to bring an experienced Quantity Surveyor on board.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project costs from pre-contract to final account
• Prepare valuations, variations, and manage subcontractor payments
• Ensure commercial control and cost efficiency on demolition projects
• Work closely with site teams, clients, and commercial managers
• Provide accurate financial reporting and risk analysis

Requirements:

• Proven experience in demolition or heavy civils as a Quantity Surveyor
• Strong understanding of cost planning, contract negotiation, and procurement
• Able to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines
• Relevant qualifications or experience in Quantity Surveying
