- Freelance Site Manager to oversee a
9-week office fit-out project in Central London .
The successful candidate will start on 28th August to complete a full handover with the current Site Manager before taking responsibility for the project.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations.
- Coordinate subcontractors and trades.
- Monitor programme, quality and progress.
- Manage site Health & Safety.
- Liaise with the Project Manager and client team.
- Oversee snagging through to handover.
Requirements
- Previous commercial office fit-out experience is essential .
- Valid
SMSTS .
- Valid
First Aid at Work .
- Valid
CSCS Card .
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage a fast-paced programme and multiple trades.
