The Role
As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of demolition and enabling works projects from pre-construction through to completion. Working closely with clients, site teams, commercial teams and senior management, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Manage demolition and enabling works projects from award through to completion.
- Plan, programme and coordinate all project activities.
- Lead Site Managers, Supervisors and project delivery teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management and clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
- Chair site progress meetings and coordinate all stakeholders.
- Oversee procurement of subcontractors, plant and materials.
- Work closely with the commercial team to maximise project profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety, environmental and demolition regulations.
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Maintain the highest standards of quality throughout project delivery.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Project Manager within demolition, enabling works, structural alterations, civil engineering or major construction projects.
- Strong understanding of demolition methodologies and construction sequencing.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Commercial awareness with experience managing project budgets.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and fast-paced projects.

- Black CSCS Card (preferred).
- CCDO Manager/Supervisor Card (desirable).
- Temporary Works Coordinator (desirable).
- Full UK Driving Licence.
