Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Job Summary:
ESD are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our clients team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget while providing expert guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for complex projects.
- Oversee the procurement process, including the preparation and evaluation of tenders and contracts.
- Monitor and control project costs, identifying and managing risks to ensure financial success.
- Provide strategic advice to project teams and clients on cost management and value engineering.
- Mentor and train junior quantity surveyors, fostering their professional development.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and resolve issues.
