Job Description: Permanent Scaffolding Estimator

Location: Essex, Loughton.

Responsibilities:

– Prepare detailed cost estimates for scaffolding projects.

– Analyse blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labour estimates.

– Collaborate with project managers and clients to discuss and resolve discrepancies in cost estimates.

– Monitor and adjust project budgets as necessary.

– Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a Scaffolding Estimator.

– Previous work with NASC accredited scaffold companies.

– Strong knowledge of scaffolding and estimating processes.

– Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.

– Proficiency in relevant software and tools.

– Strong communication and negotiation skills.
