Overview Project Manager – Residential / Care HomesLocation: Maidstone, KentThis role involves delivering residential new build and care home projects across Kent and the South East. This is a forward-thinking contractor with a healthy project pipeline and genuine opportunities for career progression.Base pay range The range is provided by ESD Recruitment. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Responsibilities Oversee the successful delivery of new build residential and/or care home schemes from pre-construction through to handover.Lead site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure programme, cost, quality, and safety targets are achieved.Maintain strong client relationships, attending progress meetings and providing regular updates.Drive compliance with health & safety and NHBC standards throughout the build.Manage budgets, forecasting, and reporting to senior management.Identify risks early and implement solutions to maintain project momentum.Requirements Proven track record as a Project Manager within the construction sector.Experience in residential new build and/or care home projects is essential.Strong knowledge of NHBC standards and compliance processes.Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.Ability to manage stakeholders, drive teams, and deliver projects to deadline.Seniority level Mid-Senior levelEmployment type Full-timeJob function Project ManagementIndustries Construction
