ESD are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Manager with a strong background in scaffolding to join our Clients team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with Tier 1 contractors and will be well-versed in the scaffolding industry, particularly within a NASC accredited environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee commercial operations, ensuring profitability and compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Tier 1 contractors to drive business growth.
  • Manage contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and project budgets.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of scaffolding services.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and NASC guidelines.

Qualifications:
