Expectations/responsibilities: Candidate Generation- Advertisement, Candidate Calls, CV Searching. Job filling. Managing the CRM System (database). Speaking with clients. Target driven. IT literate. Organised. Willing to learn new skills and techniques. Confident and outgoing personality. Work well with other colleagues/ team members. Working hours- 8am-5pm, Monday- Thursday. 8am-4pm on Friday. Salary benefits- £20,000-28,000 per year. Full training programme and support. Bonus/Commission scheme.
