As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Head of Competitions to lead and scale this core part of the brand. If you’ve got the vision, experience, and drive to take our competitions to the next level, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and lead the entire competitions arm of The Watch Draws.
- Strategise, plan, and execute high-converting competitions – from prize selection and ticket pricing to draw scheduling.
- Work closely with our content and marketing team to drive awareness, excitement, and sales.
- Use data and market insight to constantly optimise competition structure and performance.
- Oversee customer journey from entry to winner – ensuring a smooth, transparent, and premium experience.
- Ensure all draws are run fairly, compliantly, and in line with brand values.
- Innovate! Bring new ideas, mechanics, and angles to keep things fresh and exciting.
You’ll Need
