The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of demolition works, managing site teams, subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience managing demolition projects
• Strong knowledge of demolition methods, regulations, and health & safety standards
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate with stakeholders
• CCDO/SMSTS qualifications preferred
