We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our clients team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of demolition projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee all aspects of demolition projects from start to finish
– Manage project budgets and timelines
– Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
– Manage project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and specifications
