Job Title: Contracts Manager – Passive Fire Protection

About the Role:

ESD Recruitment are working on behalf of a specialist fire protection contractor based in London, seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects focused on passive fire protection across the capital. This is a hybrid role, combining office, site, and remote working.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of fire protection contracts from mobilisation through to completion, ensuring compliance, safety, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage multiple passive fire protection projects across London
  • Liaise with clients, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery
  • Ensure all works are compliant with current fire safety regulations and internal quality standards
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and labour resources effectively
  • Conduct site visits, progress reports, and audits
  • Assist with procurement and material planning
  • Drive health & safety across all operations
  • Provide technical guidance and problem-solving on complex jobs

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the passive fire protection industry
