Contracts Manager Scope of Responsibilities

  • Site Management: Oversee and coordinate up to 5 active project sites simultaneously, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely delivery of all works.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess a strong technical understanding of leading manufacturers\’ products, including FSI, Nullifire, Protecta, and Quellfire, to ensure compliance with installation guidelines and relevant standards.
  • Profitability: Monitor project budgets, costs, and schedules to ensure profitability and identify opportunities for cost-saving without compromising quality.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all works meet the required fire protection standards, including adherence to third-party accreditations and manufacturer specifications.
  • Compliance: Maintain compliance with relevant regulations, such as the Building Regulations (Approved Document B) and the Construction Products Regulation (CPR).
  • Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving issues, providing updates, and maintaining positive working relationships.
  • Team Coordination: Manage site teams and subcontractors, providing leadership, technical support, and ensuring adherence to health and safety policies.
  • Documentation: Oversee the production of accurate project documentation, including reports, technical evaluations, and handover packs.
