With a strong pipeline of secured work and continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their expanding team.
The Role
As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of demolition and enabling works projects from pre-construction through to completion. Working closely with clients, site teams, commercial teams and senior management, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor delivering some of London's most prestigious demolition and enabling works schemes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage demolition and enabling works projects from award through to completion.
- Plan, programme and coordinate all project activities.
- Lead Site Managers, Supervisors and project delivery teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management and clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
- Chair site progress meetings and coordinate all stakeholders.
- Oversee procurement of subcontractors, plant and materials.
- Work closely with the commercial team to maximise project profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety regulations.
