. The Rol e As Design Manager, you will take responsibility for coordinating the design process from pre-construction through to project completion, ensuring all design information is delivered on programme and to the highest quality
. Working closely with clients, consultants, architects and project delivery teams, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of a variety of construction projects
- . Key Responsibilitie
- s Manage and coordinate the design process across multiple projects
- . Review drawings, specifications and technical information
- . Liaise with clients, architects, consultants and subcontractors
- . Chair design team meetings and manage design programmes
- . Resolve design and technical issues throughout the project lifecycle
- . Ensure designs comply with current Building Regulations and project requirements
- . Support the pre-construction and operational teams during project delivery
- . Monitor design progress and ensure key project milestones are achieved

- s Previous experience as a Design Manager within a main contractor environment
- . Experience delivering design & build construction projects
- . Strong technical construction knowledge
- . Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- . Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- . Degree or HNC/HND in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or a related discipline (preferred)
- . Full UK Driving Licence
