This role is ideal for those looking for the next step to further their career from basic admin tasks. We are looking for a hard working, confident and enthusiastic individual with high attention to detail who has an analytical mind as they will be dealing with accounting systems, CRM’s and reports.
The duties will be basic bookkeeping and generic office administration tasks; however, there is the opportunity to learn more and take on additional responsibility as the role progresses. Duties will initially include but are not limited to:
- Answering phone calls and dealing with/directing enquiries to the relevant personnel
- Managing emails
- Data entry on CRM & managing work flows
- Raising invoices (no experience required)
- Manage incoming payments and allocations (no experience required)
- Maintaining accurate and detailed customer records and creating new customer accounts
- Assisting other members of the team with admin tasks such as:
- Following up to ensure deadlines are met so workflow stays continuous
- Running reports and cross checking data raising any issues and following them through to completion in a prompt manner
