Enterprise Process Lead Asset Management (SAP S/4HANA). Our global pharmaceutical client is seeking an experienced Enterprise Process Lead (EPL) to lead the transformation of its Asset Management capability, supported by SAP S/4HANA, across multiple internal manufacturing sites.
Responsibilities
- Define, standardise and improve end-to-end Asset Lifecycle Management processes, ensuring effective and compliant use of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Own the global Asset Management process and roadmap and ensure alignment with SHE and regulatory requirements.
Key Skills
- Strong background in Asset Lifecycle Management within regulated manufacturing, particularly plant management.
- Deep functional knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) (S/4HANA or ECC).
- Proven experience delivering multi-site engineering or IT change.
- Expertise in master data definition and governance.
- Working knowledge of SHE and product safety requirements.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate technical detail into business outcomes.
- Engineering or science degree (or equivalent experience).
Rate: Β£600 per day (Outside IR35)
Duration: 12 months
Location: Hybrid, with regular on-site presence in Luton.
