Responsibilities
- To provide a safe and stimulating environment and provide high-quality activities in consultation with children to support their varying needs.
- To ensure that all activities are carried out within an equal opportunities framework.
- To develop and maintain good relationships and communication with parents/carers and other professionals working with the children.
- Assist with healthy snack preparation and delivery.
- To assist in maintaining material and equipment and ensure that the After School Club maintains a good standard of cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
- To keep abreast of developments and all aspects of Childcare through information given by the Director/Manager/Deputy Manager and through attending regular training.
- To attend staff meetings and Inset days as required.
