Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner Apprenticeship – Eco Montessori West Tytherley, Norman Court. Shoots Training is looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking individual to complete their Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner Apprenticeship at Eco Montessori West Tytherley, Norman Court. Eco Montessori Nursery is a dedicated early years setting specialising in the Montessori approach, blending EYFS with Montessori methods, welcoming children aged 6 months to 5 years in a nurturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Have a full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare.
  • Be an inspiring practitioner with a sound knowledge of child development.
  • Be proficient in leading the delivery of all aspects of teaching and learning.
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Display a caring and nurturing attitude towards the children in your care.
  • Act as designated key person for an allocated number of children.
  • Observe, plan and assess children’s learning and development within the EYFS framework and Montessori philosophy.
  • Develop positive partnership with parents.

Requirements

  • A Level 3 Childcare qualification is essential.
  • Must have GCSE grades A*-C or 4-9 in Maths and English, or equivalent.

Hours & Availability

Eco Montessori, Norman Court is open from 7:30am – 6:00pm Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be required to work 38 hours per week over 4 or 5 days.
