Reports to: Director of Finance
Responsibilities:
- Work independently and responsibly in a professional environment.
- Use Excel and basic maths; maintain a good attention to detail.
- Support the nursery financially:
- Early Education Funding Administration (20 hrs/month): Input new children into the OCC funding system; liaise with OCC on funding changes; ensure all children’s funding status is known; manage funding forms.
- Management Reports (5 hrs/month): Record occupancy; calculate and record future available staffing sessions.
- EyMan data champion (5 hrs/month): Ensure staff holidays, rotas, notes, contacts, staff and child schedules, apprentices’ data are correct; support teammates in managing accurate data.
- HR support (5 hrs/month): Assist with administering staff suitability and health declaration reports and other HR administration tasks.
- Support other team members with projects, mailbox monitoring and responding, customer feedback questionnaires, and other assignments.
Qualifications:
- Experience working independently in a professional environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and basic maths.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience in a nursery is an advantage but not mandatory.
