Willow Cottage are seeking a Deputy Manager who is a dynamic leader with a passion for early years education. If you are dedicated to nurturing young minds, with a good head for organisation and an eye for detail, we would love to hear from you!

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Leading safeguarding for the setting, putting the welfare and safety of the children above all else.
  • Supporting our setting management teams in various ways, both at the settings and remotely.
  • Administering the Early Education Funding scheme and various other administrative and HR tasks.
  • Supporting with various projects that could include organising events, social media posts, customer feedback questionnaires etc.
  • Working with the setting management teams to support with the use of eyWorks and associated tablets.
  • Being a role model of integrity, reliability and professionalism.

Salary
