As an Early Years Practitioner, you are a key part of young children's development and play a crucial role in providing a safe and stimulating environment for learning through play and exploration, helping them build on their social skills, and supporting their personal, social and emotional development in their most formative years.

Following the Montessori Programme, you will support and encourage children to participate in the experiential learning process as much as possible where they learn by observing, replicating and repeating their experiences.
