We are looking for a passionate individual to join the team in the toddler room as Room Leader, to start ASAP. This is a great role either for an Early Years Practitioner looking to make the next step or for a Room Leader looking for a fresh start in a lovely nursery where you will be supported and appreciated by a caring leadership team who truly listen to every member of staff's opinion and will value your input.

Working closely with like-minded staff, as a Room Leader you will ensure that you and your team meet the unique needs of each individual child, working together to plan engaging and stimulating lessons and activities, following the EYFS curriculum. This nursery also has an amazing outdoor space for further learning, with nature, the outdoors and sustainability being integral.

As a Toddler Room Leader, it's essential that you hold at least a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare, or a Level 2 with the aim to complete a Level 3, and you must have experience working in a nursery setting. This is a permanent full time position to work all year round, with a salary of up to £32k per annum and regular pay rises.
