Acton Shoots Training are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking individual to complete their Level 3 Childcare Apprenticeship at Blossom Patch Nursery - Acton, East Acton. We create a safe and loving atmosphere where children feel secure, settled, and free to be themselves. Our EYFS-based approach blends structured learning with hands‑on play, sparking curiosity and laying strong foundations for the future. Our experienced team nurtures each child with patience, attention, and encouragement—celebrating every milestone along the way. We have four rooms and care for children between 3 months and 5 years. There are plenty of local transport links around the nursery.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Be an inspiring practitioner with a sound knowledge of child development.
  • Be proficient in leading the delivery of all aspects of teaching and learning.
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Display a caring and nurturing attitude towards the children in your care.

Role responsibilities include:

  • Act as designated key person for an allocated number of children.
  • Work toward your Level 3 Early Years Apprenticeship qualification.

Requirements:

  • One year experience in a nursery setting would be desirable.
  • Competent in the role.

Hours: Blossom Patch Nursery is open from 7:00 am – 7:00 pm Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be required to work 40 hours per week.
