Are you a kind, caring, and inspirational educator ready to lead with confidence and heart? At Naturally Learning, there is an opportunity for you to be a Room Lead in our Explorers Room. We are looking for a passionate educator ready to be a Room Lead to guide a space where children thrive and teams grow.

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver inspiring care and education to our children
  • Lead with the day-to-day running and ensure continuity of provision
  • Be a role model for children and colleagues alike
  • Help create a joyful, supportive team environment
  • Communicate professionally with families, teams, and external partners
  • Ensure a positive, high-standard environment for all
  • Stay organised and meet deadlines with ease
  • Champion best practice and uphold nursery policies
  • Complete key admin tasks
  • Speak up—celebrate great practice or raise concerns when needed
