Our nursery is a beautiful new purpose nursery building and has extensive gardens for the children to explore. We are very proud to be rated 5 by environmental health.

We are looking for a nursery cleaner to work alongside our busy childcare team. The role would include general cleaning in a variety of rooms including bathrooms, ensuring exceptionally high quality clean spaces for our children to use. This position is for 20 hours per week across 5 days.

Ideally, you will have previous cleaning experience and experience in cleaning a childcare setting would be beneficial but not essential.

Main duties and responsibilities:
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment.
  • Adhere to all Nursery policies and procedures.
  • Always meet health and safety and environmental health requirements.

Requirements and skills:
  • Knowledge of cleaning processes and COSH – desirable.
  • Over 1 year’s experience of working as a cleaner – desirable.
