We are seeking a dynamic and results‑oriented Recruitment and Sales Executive to play a key role in driving the commercial success of ESCP’s Executive Master Specialisations (EMS) and Executive MBA (EMBA) programmes. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full sales and recruitment cycle, from pipeline development and lead qualification to applicant conversion, contributing directly to the achievement of enrolment and revenue targets.
The Recruitment and Sales Executive will proactively engage and advise prospective participants, ensuring that each interaction reflects ESCP’s values while achieving measurable results. Working closely with the Associate Head of Executive Education and the Marketing & Recruitment Manager, the post‑holder will implement targeted recruitment and sales strategies that align with ESCP’s strategic goals. Collaboration with faculty, programme directors, and the commercial and marketing teams will ensure an informed, data‑driven approach to market engagement.
The position requires a strong performance orientation, balancing exceptional customer experience with clear business outcomes, and maintaining accountability through KPIs and conversion metrics.
Main Duties and Responsibilities- Lead the full recruitment and sales cycle for EMS and EMBA programmes, from initial prospect contact through to enrolment and onboarding.
- Exceed quarterly and annual targets across applications, enrolments, revenue, and recruitment by managing and converting prospects through a structured sales funnel.
- Conduct qualification calls, consultations, and follow‑ups using a consultative, solutions‑focused sales approach while meeting performance KPIs such as response time, conversion rates, and cost per lead.
- Optimise lead‑nurturing strategies through effective use of CRM data, automation tools, and personalised communication.
- Proactively generate leads through events, partnerships, and targeted outreach, while maintaining accurate CRM records to support clear pipeline visibility, forecasting, and reporting.
- Use data insights to evaluate campaign performance, enhance lead quality, and collaborate with marketing to develop and test high‑impact messaging that improves conversion and ROI.
- Support market and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and new growth opportunities for Executive Education.
- Work with senior leadership to forecast recruitment numbers, support strategic plans for Open Programmes and EMBA portfolios, and ensure alignment with commercial and financial objectives.
- Participate in cross‑campus and European recruitment meetings, sharing insights and best practices to strengthen overall performance.
- Represent ESCP at national and international fairs, corporate visits, and online/offline promotional events such as webinars, open days, and masterclasses.
- Deliver a premium, customer‑centric recruitment experience by providing tailored advice, ensuring professionalism, and guiding candidates toward the best programme fit.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the Admissions Executive to ensure a smooth transition from prospect to enrolled participant.
- Uphold ESCP’s brand and values in all communications, acting as a trusted ambassador for the School.
- Meet or exceed annual recruitment and revenue targets.
- Maintain minimum conversion rates at each stage of the pipeline as defined by ESCP benchmarks.
- Achieve a lead response time of under 24 hours and ensure CRM data accuracy above 95 %.
- Deliver consistent reporting on recruitment KPIs and market performance.
- Contribute to an annual increase in lead‑to‑enrolment ratio through improved sales practices and data‑driven insights.
