ESCP Business School is seeking an experienced and highly organised MSc Programme Manager to join our Academic & Student Services team based at our London Campus in West Hampstead. As the MSc Programme Manager, you will play a key operational role in the delivery of multiple MSc programmes, acting as the senior administrative point of contact for students, faculty, and academic directors. You will oversee the full student lifecycle, maintain compliance with academic regulations, and contribute actively to ensuring an exceptional student experience.

Duties And Responsibilities Include
- Programme Operations & Coordination
- Lead the operational management of assigned MSc programmes, ensuring seamless delivery across the academic year.
- Maintain accurate student records and programme data, ensuring timely updates and compliance with institutional policies.
- Oversee academic calendars, key deadlines, timetabling, room booking, and schedule coordination across programmes.
- Manage student registration, induction activities, and ongoing engagement, including student representation processes.
- Monitor student attendance and progression, ensuring appropriate follow‑up and reporting.
- Administer processes related to mitigating circumstances, complaints, appeals, and academic misconduct in line with regulations.
- Assessment, Progression & Awards
- Coordinate examinations, assessments, and submission processes, including thesis validation and deadlines.
- Prepare and administer assessment boards and academic boards, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
- Support internal and external moderation processes and liaise with relevant academic teams.
- Oversee the production of awards, certificates, transcripts, and related documentation.
- Assist with the organisation and operational delivery of graduation ceremonies.
- Quality Assurance & Governance
- Support the implementation and adherence to academic regulations, policies, and quality assurance frameworks.
- Work closely with Academic Directors and the Quality team to deliver annual monitoring, programme reviews, and enhancement initiatives.
- Prepare and present documentation for committees and boards, attending meetings as required.
- Systems, Data & Reporting
- Manage student access and settings on virtual learning environments (e.g. Blackboard) and online platforms.
- Produce statistical reports and data analyses to support programme monitoring and strategic planning.
- Ensure accurate and timely internal and external data reporting.
- Stakeholder Liaison & Support
- Serve as a primary point of contact for student enquiries, both in person and remotely, ensuring professional and responsive service.
- Provide operational support to Academic Directors and faculty, including scheduling, meetings, and course administration.
- Collaborate with Paris campus administration on programme matters, with occasional travel to Paris where appropriate.
- Liaise with the Languages team regarding scheduling and assessments.
- Provide support to the MSc Admissions team during interviews and selection processes.
- Other Duties
- Undertake any other responsibilities appropriate to the level of the role, aligned with experience and training.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of academic regulations, procedures, and sector best practices.
- Ensure compliance with School policies on hybrid working, confidentiality, and professional communication.
- Manage workload and annual leave effectively in line with academic calendar requirements.
