Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recruit and assess qualified candidates for the Bachelor in Management (BSc) and Master in Management (MiM), representing the School and driving student conversion initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the London Campus Recruitment & Admissions team and the global Admissions and Recruitment team in Paris.
- Manage recruitment strategy implementation, coordinate events and fairs, and maintain relationships with recruitment partners.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Planning and Evaluation:
- Plan and forecast annual recruitment activities with senior leadership.
- Develop and execute recruitment & student conversion plans to meet targets.
- Monitor KPIs and provide weekly and monthly reports.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Recruitment, and Admissions teams across campuses.
Recruitment Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with international recruitment sources, alumni, and commercial partners.
- Organise and coordinate logistics for events, fairs, and open days.
- Book fairs and arrange courier services per company policy.
- Represent the School at onâ and offâcampus events locally and internationally.
- Manage Student Ambassadors and support recruitment strategy.
- Develop internal relationships across Marketing, Recruitment, and Admissions teams.
- Implement student conversion plans using email, phone, and personal engagement.
- Serve as the first point of contact for enquiries regarding the BSc and MiM programmes.
- Collaborate with senior management to support marketing strategy implementation and provide recruitment data.
Communications and Marketing:
- Manage the lead pipeline through the CRM system and ensure timely followâup.
- Ensure communication from enquiry to application submission.
- Develop regular email communications to promote programmes, school, and events.
- Work closely with the marketing team to implement a comprehensive communications plan.
Benchmarking and Research:
- Undertake competitor analysis and identify new recruitment events and market opportunities.
