Base pay range
ESCP Business School is a leading European business school. The salary for this position will be based on your skills and experience. The role is full‑time, permanent and offers 35 hours per week.

Duties And Responsibilities Include
Admissions and Applications Processing
- Maintain efficient processing of admissions materials in a timely and professional manner.
- Screen applications, grade profiles and sort applications according to programme entry guidelines.
- Correspond with applicants by phone, email, video call or other means regarding missing materials, admissions status, enquiries and interview/enrolment confirmation.
- Process submitted applications via the online system and other university platforms (ex. UCAS, The Common App).
- Create and maintain accurate records of student profiles, admissions scores, supporting documents, admissions statuses and outcomes on the school’s online application system and shared spreadsheets.
- Follow up continuously with applicants from application to matriculation.
- Support UK student visa processes with the UK Visa Office team.
- Process scholarship applications and provide recommendations to the Scholarships team (Merit Scholarships).
- Ensure all London starters submit final documents (diplomas and English certificates) when starting their programme at enrolment.
Liaising and Communications
- Communicate with prospects and applicants regarding admissions processes, policies and entry criteria.
- Liaise with candidates, faculty and professional services colleagues to coordinate interviews.
- Work with admissions counterparts in different business units to manage interview rubrics, availability questionnaires and feedback forms.
- Coordinate interview sessions and enter results into online systems and admissions files.
- Assist with onboarding of new interviewers (faculty, alumni, professional services staff).
- Attend monthly video conferences with the Global Marketing, Recruitment and Admissions team across all recruiting campuses.
Marketing And Recruitment Functions
- Organise campus tours for prospects using Student Ambassadors when requested.
- Assist with logistics and operations of group information sessions, Open Days, Induction Days and other recruitment fairs/events.
- Support Marketing and Recruitment team members during peak periods, including outreach activities around the UK and abroad.
- Implement admissions strategies, including developing communication plans and executing clear campaigns with the Senior Manager (Marketing, Recruitment, Admissions).
- Facilitate webinars throughout the admissions cycle to support recruitment, conversion and retention of BSc applicants.
- Support thematic webinars on an ad‑hoc basis with Recruitment and Marketing colleagues.
- Support the planning and delivery of the Annual Scholarship Contest, Parents and Guardian Meeting, and Open Days (virtual and on‑campus).
- Support recruitment, onboarding and management of Student Ambassadors for marketing, recruitment and admissions events.
Reporting and Benchmarking
- Collect admissions statistics throughout the cycle using admissions software and other sources.
- Report to senior admissions members (Senior Manager, Academic Director, Director of Studies) and provide recommendations to improve the process.
- Ensure timely production of statistical data/reports on applicants, school systems and demographics.
- Contribute to annual strategy sessions and intake reviews with Senior Manager support.
- Maintain weekly statistics and regular reporting as requested.
- Maintain accurate records of interviewer timesheets and admissions‑related expenses for the programme budget.
- Gather survey data post‑admissions and post‑events and present findings for improvement.
- Assist with reports and data extraction across teams and departments as needed.
- Exercise caution and sensitivity when handling data in accordance with the Data Protection Act and school guidelines.

- Degree‑level education or equivalent.
- Fluency and proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Fluency in French (desired but not required).
- Fluency in a foreign language is a plus.
- Minimum 3–5 years of admin/office management experience in higher education admissions (registrar or financial aid) preferred.
- Knowledge of student recruitment and admissions process, especially UK A‑levels, American school system, French Baccalauréat and International Baccalaureate.
- Previous experience with UCAS and/or The Common App a plus.
- Experience in an admission, student recruitment or sales‑oriented client‑focused role.
- Professional experience in higher education sector, especially UK and US markets a plus.
- Experience working as part of an international team a plus.
- Previous experience in higher education or university a plus.
