Escode’s Escrow Verification Services serve as a crucial quality control mechanism, confirming the completeness and usability of deposited code as stipulated in the escrow agreement. This verification process provides investors with the confidence that their investments are backed by high-quality, usable code, thereby minimizing the risk of financial loss due to software dependencies.

The Opportunity: Escode have identified an opportunity to enhance our ambitious growth strategy and are looking for self-motivated individuals to join the team in the role of Verification Scheduler. The Verification Scheduler is responsible for fulfilling staffing requests in a fast and efficient manner, ensuring revenue potential is maximized and individual projects are assigned to the best available resources as efficiently as possible. The Verification Scheduling team sits at the intersection of the Technical Delivery and Sales Team, and this role directly impacts the success of individual projects and long-term satisfaction of our licensees and vendors.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with vendors and licensees to confirm and schedule dates for Verification exercises to take place.
  • Creating and sending scheduling emails to all relevant parties.
  • Ensuring the team-wide Verification schedules is up to date and accurate at all times.
  • Liaising with sales and the delivery teams regarding consultant availability.
  • Matching the skill sets of consultants to licensee requirements, weighing factors like reports outstanding and consultant health/happiness.
  • Allocating consultant’s time to Verifications in the schedule.
  • Creating and issuing Verification scheduling emails to all parties, as efficiently as possible.
  • Responding to queries and resolving issues that arise, quickly and courteously.
  • Coordinating with the broader scheduling team to ensure efforts are in sync and resources are appropriately maximized.
  • Identifying project red flags, potential pitfalls, or staffing challenges and escalating to delivery leadership.
  • Contributing to work with teams across the organisation on other special projects.
  • Ensure all activities are carried out within the agreed departmental SLAs.

Knowledge:

  • Proficient in the use of MS Office.
  • An understanding of all parties involved in the Verification process and the differing roles they have.
  • A basic understanding of the importance of Verification in a software Escrow agreement.
  • An understanding of the varying types of Verifications available and the impact on scheduling.

Skills:

  • A high-level of accuracy and attention to detail, in relation to any of the key role responsibilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple Verifications at once, whilst ensuring that expected standards are met.
  • Confident, clear communicator, in both written and verbal forms.
  • Excellent administration skills.
  • Able to present information confidently to both sales and delivery audiences.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to constantly assess priorities and make sensible decisions based on this.
