The Opportunity:
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, engage, and hire top talent. This role partners closely with hiring managers and the HR teams to deliver a seamless candidate experience. You will support the development and execution of our talent acquisition and employee branding strategies.
Key accountabilities:
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and build effective hiring strategies.
- Source talent through job boards, social media, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Support EVP promotion through recruitment marketing, social content, and candidate engagement.
- Manage external agency relationships, including terms, performance, and compliance with standards.
- Ensure all recruitment activity complies with labour laws and internal policies.
- Track key hiring metrics and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Use ATS and HR systems to manage candidate data and optimise workflows.
Functional and technical skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in a global environment.
- Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of recruitment best practices.
- Experience developing or supporting employer value propositions (preferred).
- Familiarity with employment laws and compliance standards.
- Proficient with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time‑management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
- Detail‑oriented with a data‑driven approach.
- Collaborative, customer‑focused mindset.
