The Escode, part of NCC Group’s family of brands, is a leading global provider of Software Escrow, IP Escrow and Verification Services with over 18,000 customers worldwide and offices all over the world. With more than 40 years' experience, our story begins in 1988 when we identified that businesses were becoming increasingly technology-dependent, but no safety mechanism existed to protect those using the software applications or even the vendors themselves. As creators of the software escrow category, we are proud to be in the position to set standards for the wider industry and shape and influence its direction.

The Solution Architect plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth within Escode. This is achieved through support of the sales function to understand the customer needs and design a suitable technical solution that demonstrates value and feasibility. The Solution Architect also has responsibility for final technical approval before handing over to the Delivery Team.

  • Provide detailed technical scoping information to internal teams to define appropriate delivery methodologies and timelines.

  • Share technical scoping information with external partners to establish accurate delivery approaches and associated costs.

  • Act as a technical escalation point for Verification Consultants during the execution of verification exercises.
  • Apply sound judgment and experience to promote process improvement initiatives, particularly in hybrid agile environments, to ensure service delivery within project constraints.
  • Champion a regional focus across all initiatives, maintaining regular engagement with regional stakeholders.
  • Prepare and lead read‑out calls with customers post‑delivery to review outcomes and confirm alignment with their objectives.
  • Use read‑out sessions to identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, feeding insights back to the Account Management team.

  • Demonstrable experience managing and successfully consulting external/client facing delivery projects.
