The Opportunity

You will work closely with the People Team, acting as the first point of contact for general queries and providing efficient, accurate administrative support across the employee lifecycle including payroll and benefits administration. You’ll offer support in navigating our internal HR system, advice on benefit queries, and signposting to relevant policy enquiries, all the while ensuring that HR system records are accurately maintained and key, complex processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and every system-led change in between are managed effectively.

The role will include administering our pension and other benefits and processes and you will also collate all information for the monthly payroll and work with our payroll provider to ensure this is all processed and paid accurately. Creating great relationships with our managers and teams will be key to the role and the ability to think on your feet, be autonomous and work with pace will be crucial.

Key accountabilities

  • Manage monthly payroll changes and collaborate with external providers to ensure accurate, compliant processing across the UK, Netherlands, and US.
  • Support pension administration and annual payroll processes.
  • Coordinate end‑to‑end onboarding to deliver a seamless new‑starter experience.
  • Complete Right to Work checks and maintain compliant records.
  • Prepare and issue contracts, offers, and starter documentation.
  • Set up new hires in the HRIS with accurate data entry.
  • Manage offboarding, including leaver documentation, system updates, and compliance with exit procedures.
  • Manage the People inbox, resolving queries within SLA.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and documentation.
  • Process contractual changes and update HR systems and documentation.
  • Support probation tracking and issue outcome letters.
  • Contribute to HR reporting on starters, leavers, absence, and other key metrics.
  • Maintain HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Coordinate and track training sessions and maintain training records.
  • Create and update HR documents, templates, and communications.
  • Ensure GDPR compliance and adherence to employment legislation.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the employee experience.
  • Support People‑related projects as required.
