The Integration Analyst plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless connectivity between enterprise systems and applications. This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining integration solutions that enable efficient data flow and operational processes across the organization. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Integration Analyst ensures integrations are robust, secure, and aligned with business objectives. The role directly impacts operational efficiency and supports strategic initiatives by leveraging integration platforms such as MuleSoft and other middleware technologies.
Key Accountabilities- Design, develop, and maintain integrations using MuleSoft or equivalent tools, ensuring scalability, security and reliability.
- Analyse and resolve integration issues, providing timely technical support to internal teams.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to capture integration requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of integration processes, system diagrams, and adhere to change and release management protocols.
- Monitor integration performance, proactively identifying and addressing potential bottlenecks or failures.
- Provide training and guidance on integration tools and best practices to team members and stakeholders.
- Work with global operational teams to ensure integrations meet regional and functional needs.
- Proficiency in MuleSoft or similar integration tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, Azure Logic Apps).
- Experience with APIs, REST/SOAP services, and data transformation techniques.
- Understanding of data mapping, ETL processes, and integration patterns.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex integration issues.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication for engaging stakeholders and documenting technical processes.
