The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building and nurturing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities, a willingness to learn, and a desire to excel in a fast-paced environment.
You will have a strong understanding of the sales process and an understanding of managing client accounts and fostering long-term partnerships. Job Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs by driving business growth
- Identify and chase new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, and customers.
- Generate new leads to existing accounts through outbound activity, networking and attending industry events.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Effective pipeline management by maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce (CRM system) tracking client interactions and progress.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments through thorough market research
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams such as marketing, customer support, and operations to ensure client success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Work with senior Account Management professionals to upskill and develop.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Prior experience in sales, business development or related fields
- Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a desirable but not essential
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organised, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
