Role Purpose: To contribute to the success of Esco through detailed, efficient sales and professionalism internally and with customers and suppliers in line with Esco business objectives. This is a diverse role requiring varying tasks supporting all departments, requiring good judgement, organisation and the ability to remain calm and professional in all situations. Although the role requires knowledge and coverage of all products, the specialist aspect of this role shall be towards the Scientific Division Product Portfolio.

Location: Home based, with travel across the UK. Also required to attend the Company's premises or any other location when requested.

Reporting Relationships: Sales Manager – Direct Reporting

Principle Accountabilities: The role of Territory Manager for Esco’s Scientific division will be inclusive of but not necessarily limited to the following for Esco GB Ltd:

  • Account management
  • Preparing and following up on quotations by email, phone or face to face with the customer
  • Business development by means of:
  • Maintaining and growing existing relationships
  • Using available market segmentation and competitive analysis information to gain entry into new markets
  • Field visits for client meetings, presentations, workshops, etc
  • Attending Esco Exhibitions
  • Review of Client Terms
