Join Esco as a Service Engineer to contribute to the success of the company through effective site service support for equipment installation, service, commissioning, breakdowns, IOQ testing, and spare replacements. This is a key customer-facing role and requires professionalism and demeanor on-site to meet and exceed expectations for repeat business and validation of equipment across the UK and Ireland.
Responsibilities:
- Install, commission, validate, and troubleshoot equipment on client sites.
- Work remotely with support teams to resolve issues, occasionally requiring travel.
- Coordinate schedules with the site work coordinator.
- Maintain and calibrate test equipment, tools, and spare parts.
- Generate and submit detailed site reports after each visit.
- Communicate clearly with clients and Esco staff.
- Collaborate with colleagues for larger projects or work independently on smaller tasks.
- Provide feedback on equipment and processes for continuous improvement.
- Maintain professionalism and uphold Esco’s standards.
- Submit expenses and reports promptly.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge through training and documentation.
