About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Specialist (Embryologist) to join our UK team.

You’ll support the commercial function for the IVF market, working closely with fertility clinics and embryologists to deliver expert product knowledge, customer training, and workflow solutions.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced embryologist or IVF professional who’s ready to combine scientific expertise with commercial impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Understand and explain IVF technologies and procedures. Keep updated on industry trends and regulations
  • Build relationships with fertility clinics and healthcare providers
  • Deliver ongoing training to customers on Esco products and workflows, including webinars and custom presentations
  • Help plan and deliver product demonstrations, training, and workshops for clinic staff
  • Support with internal training on RH as required
  • Support local commercial strategy development and help implement based on territory needs
  • Work with the sales team to search and identify opportunities for growth
  • Help prepare proposals and marketing and educational materials
  • Advise clients on best laboratory practices. Offer on-site assistance for products
  • Collect feedback from customers to improve products
  • Attend events to promote products and network
  • Updates each CRM profile with detailed and accurate information

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Embryology, Reproductive Biology, or related life science field.
  • Certification or formal training as a Clinical Embryologist or in reproductive technologies.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an IVF laboratory or related scientific setting.
  • Sound understanding of IVF techniques, embryology, and lab workflows.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory frameworks (ISO, GMP, CE, FDA).
  • Experience in sales support, customer training, or technical education preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised, analytical, and self‑driven, with strong problem‑solving ability.
  • Comfortable working cross‑functionally with local and global teams.
  • Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites and events
  • Analytical thinker, and excellent problem‑solving abilities
  • Competent with data analysis, report writing, and digital tools (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks

Additional Information

  • Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (some flexibility may be required for regional, national and international collaboration).
  • Probation Period: Six months.
