HR officer
Responsibilities
Support our colleagues throughout their journey : recruitment, onboarding, constant feedback, career development, exit;
Answer team members queries on HR matters;
Support an assist employee on career development opportunities;
Manage and solve employee relations issues;
Promote HR initiatives across the teams;
Full employment process and reporting data for payroll;
Administering HR documents, including the job descriptions, induction packs, contracts of employment, appraisal documents and training costs agreements
Communicate regularly with managers to update on HR initiatives, discuss HR issues and collect feedback on team concerns;
Assess business needs and priorities in all HR related matters
Work with different HR solutions and systems;
Participate to impromptu projects (employer branding projects and events, various employee opinion survey, salary grids updates etc.) and develop or contribute to other internal processes and policies (work from home, etc);
Assist HR Manager with other European countries daily activities
Office management: administration of office, organizing events, assisting with marketing and communications
Requirements:
Experience as an HR Assistant or HR Administrator or other relevant human resources/administrative position
Able to present data in a logical and easy to understand manner
Good administrative skills
Good organizational skills
Effective communication skills
Good computer skills (MS Office, in particular)
Basic knowledge of employment law
Experience of assisting with payroll preferred
Experience of administering timesheets preferred
Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS preferred
Understanding good practice
Relevant administrative experience
