Ready to kick-start your career in business administration while gaining a Level 3 qualification and real workplace experience? You will be completing the Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship. Your programme will be delivered via workplace and workshop sessions with an experienced assessor. At the end of the apprenticeship, you will be awarded a grade.
This exciting role will include:
- Completing the Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship
- Data input into college systems
- Daily communication with learners and stakeholders via phone and email
- Liaising with cross-college teams
- Responding to queries from sub-contracting partners
- Supporting assessors with the use of systems
- Tracking and monitoring learner progress
- Developing strong administrative, communication and organisational skills through hands-on workplace experience and structured training

We’re looking for someone who:

You may be required to complete Level 2 Maths and English qualification if you do not hold this or equivalent already.
Salary: £17,165 per annum, this salary is pro-rated for the first year, based on contracted hours
Contract: Apprenticeship – Fixed Term (24 months, including End Point Assessment)
Location: Ore Valley Campus
Hours: Tuesday – Thursday 8:30am – 5:00pm, Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm 29.5 hours per week
